An open-air dining space surrounded by a green cover, makes this place ideal for discerning couples, celebrations and special occasions. Our food philosophy revolves around retaining the original flavours and creating exquisite dishes with home stolen recipes from across the world. Chef Anal Uniyal

Chef Anal Uniyal, a name synonymous to ultra luxury hotels, brings along 19 years of rich and committed experience in the professional chef’s fraternity. Through a strong foundation learning at the luxury Oberoi hotels and spearheading the renowned multiple Taj hotels as an Executive Chef in the later career, his solid understating of the food and demographics brings on a lot of culinary value to the table. 

 

With an illustrious career graph at the leading hotels in the country like The Oberoi Udaivilas, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa and Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Andamans at the famed Radha Nagar Beach, Chef Uniyal has been an epitome of luxury fine dining cooking. Having catered to the elite guests profiles like President Ram Nath Kovind, various state guests, Ambassadors and a lot of conglomerate heads gives him an inevitable celebrity chef profile. His foundation experience in western cooking is complimented with his hands on approach in Asian and foundation Indian cooking.
